It's Summer in March

Weather this warm may have not been quite seen before. We are breaking record highs and on consecutive days and not by a couple degrees but by as much a 6-10 degrees. It's still 73 degrees out this late at night.

It will be 26C here tomorrow apparently. I don't remember it EVER being that warm in March. We've had a string of 20+C days here for the last little bit. It feels like July.

I for one never mentioned anything about global warming and didn't see anyone else do it either

. Only how warm it's been in the Eastern US is being discussed

.

My view...you got the weather with heat unusual the AG industry I say go for it...kick it...IT'S THERE you got the sun(power is the sun) harvest your crop change your game plan and be aggressive..it's there for you in your region.

And you better believe it, don't under estimate NATURE!

I never meant to imply you had mentioned global warming.

Very interesting thread. All sorts of "never seen before" weather being reported by all sorts of people in all sorts of places.

that looks pretty ridiculous; people are giving you strange looks because they are trying to figure out what kind of moron are you? it looks like you're driving a salvage vehicle.
are there factory quick-disconnects on the harnesses to do that?

Yes, there are quick disconnects in the wiring harness at the front of each door. You pull one plug, 4 bolts, and lift the door off. Then pull the interior lights fuse, and you're done. Compared to a Wrangler, the doors are only a little harder to take off (just hard enough that they say you can't), and a bit heavier.

Plus, while the doors do offer side-impact protection, and getting t-boned without them would suck, they're not a structural part of the unibody (just the rear hatch is), so taking them off doesn't risk bending the unibody.

+1
It's making me a bit nervous about the possibility of a drought this summer though... I don't want to start buying hay in June because our pasture has dried out like its the middle of a typical August.

Finally we have 70+ today in So Cal after a week of 60's and below. The temperature inside the house dropped as low as 55-56F over night, opened all windows this morning to let warm air in then close all windows in the evening when outside temperature falls below 60-65.

Eeenope.
Its snowing here. Right now. I think at least a good 1/3" on the fast-cooling surfaces. The concrete and asphalt are resisting it so far, though.

I'll play it for you, Pablo, if you return the favor. This weather has meant 14 hour work days for me since last Saturday. I'm trying to push the tree buds back into their scales.
