I hope to live a long time! My father's family is notorious for heart disease and dying young. My father didn't see his 40th birthday. I'll be honest, when I turned 40 I pinched myself and had watery eyes. I'm 47 now and feeling pretty good. I vist my doctor yearly and my cardioligist every 2 years. I get a good report short of you should lose some weight...
Happy Birthday.
I hated turning 50 and that was 23 years ago. Birthday #49 was the last one I ever celebrated. Every birthday since #49 I regard as just another day.
Thank You All (bitog)! I really enjoyed my day today & your comments mean a lot to me. We may be internet pals but it still resonates clearly. We have this one life to live so might as well enjoy the process of aging. And since I'm never going to live until 100 might as well enjoy quality over quantity.
I have a beautiful wife, handsome son, friends, & family so I have nothing to complain about.
It's great to be able to share this event here in my little world, while camped out on this planet, for however long I have. Thank you again folks!
