Is this a thick/thin 5W30?

Lubrication Engineers 8530 Monolec SPB 5W30, which I'm considering trying in my Sube Outback with RX maint dose. Looks OK I thought for a blend?
VI looks a bit low, but a good pour point. I assume the CCs is no more than [email protected] or it couldn't be called a 5w. [email protected] is slightly thich compared to many others, which run between 10 and 11.

Just spoke to LE and 5W30 not imported. 10W30 Monolec Ultra-Blend is but A$90 for 5-litres. Hmmm BP Visco 5000 5W40 PAO is only A$129 for 20-litre drum, I'm having second thoughts.
