Is Red Bull bad to drink?....

Read the ingredients list. If there is anything you do not understand, or cannot pronounce, avoid. Quite simple.

I've had them on rare occasions, like road trips I had to complete that day, or staying up late doing work. The taste isn't too bad to me. The Red Bull and Aldi knock-off Thunder somethingorother both perked me right up, then let me back down without crashing 5-6 hours later. They're a "nuclear option" for staying awake and somewhat alert when coffee doesn't cut it for me. I'll only drink them if there's a safe place to sleep when the effects wear off.

Mixing alcohol with those energy drinks isn't the greatest idea. The caffeine and alcohol make one really dehydrated. That combination also leads one to do very dumb things very energetically.

Redbull probably isn't dangerous, but it is easily the worst energy drink I've tasted. I'll take my Monster or Rockstar or a super strong cup of coffee over it.

It's chemical warfare man! Your body is the battlefield. Strong stimulant vs strong depressant. GO!

These "energy in a can" drinks give me flashbacks of 1950s futuristic films coming true.

If I'm tired, it's my body's way of telling me to rest or slow down.

Reminds me of when I was in the Navy. We'd port in Naples, drink all day, then hit the espresso bar.

I feel all this hoopla over how bad energy drinks are is greatly overdone. Having an energy drink in a day when u feel the need for one is not bad. The problem as people say is that people OD on them and drink them like juice as a substitute for sleep. If u drink anything like that its gonna be bad for u . Whether its coffee tea or whatever
