I'm thinking maybe, but I need your help. I carry an 8 foot ladder on top of the Sedona and carry around about 400 pounds plus myself on a daily basis, not including the weight of the ladder. Driving style ranges from stop and go to a 500 mile highway trip every few months. Overall, it usually tends to be more 45 mph roads with occasional lights. Currently I'm doing 5,000-6,000 miles with various synthetics and a good filter.

Is it pretty cold in Rochester, MN? Probably a good reason to stay with the 5-6K OCI although synthetic is usually good for more.

Agreed. Unless of course you do a used oil analysis and that says otherwise. But I'd say 7.5k would be just fine.

According to Ford Customer Service any car driven in Michigan is automatically on a severe service schedule (oh yes, i had that conversation!).
