Would a high moly oil work well in an older engine in lou of a HDDO? Oils like maxlife, chevron/havoline that typically have 250 ppm plus of molly? I'm talking about OHV engines with heavy lifters and pushrods, not OHC engines with lite valve trains. I know moly is supposed to have a plating action on sliding surfaces which to my knowledge is what zinc and phosphoruse do in and engine.
