Well contract on my house after 1 day on market! It took me a while to find my lot, actually about 6 months to be exact, but its a nice one so it was worth the wait. Meet with the architect Monday. So i will be living in Beverly Hills.

Guys, keep an eye on the S&P 500 level today. If it closes below 1191, be very defensive. This is the first test of the climb up from the 'bear' market that started in March. If it holds above 1191, that's a good sign.
I don't see much sign of the market being either over or under sold righ now. No reason to buy, but no reason to sell, unless the 1191 support folds like a cheap suit......

Groucho, thanks for the encouragement. I use the S&P 500 as a proxy to try to predict market movement. You notice I said "try".....
The 1191 support level held again today, but just barely. I'm as nervous as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.
'Ranger, the indexes are a good resource as it's tough to own stocks that go up when the indexes go down. It takes a lot more than genius.
