No idea. Nothing particularly complicated about the mfr. of any of it, so, it doesn't bother me one way or another.

I like the view of the engine without cover, it shows all the plumbings, wires ... If I was you I just re-install the air intake tube to the air box and leave the cover off.

^ Agreed... But that cover is actually functional. It helps direct air from the hood scoop into the intercooler.
