If you have ever felt someone is watching you, it could be your car

You have it all wrong Lol. This is when somebody is watching you.

I agree feds need to go to the gym. With those big telephoto lenses they don't have to chase anyone.
LoL. Right. It would not surprise me today if they do not have some high tech vans that they can look and hear thru buildings with.
Our Feds as well as our military are supposed to have some super high tech tools they are keeping secret from the general public. I suppose they can still manage to keep a few things secret. Not many though I don't think.....

I doth protest. You have to weed out the amateurs from the pros:

Got this guy at the Red Bull Air Race in New York (whenever it was that it was in New York, 15 or so years ago), and I have to say he carried those like I'd carry a hotdog: not noticing it's even there, very upset if you take it away from me or make it fall to the ground.

I really wanted to tickle him under the left armpit just to see what would happen to that thing on the monopod, but I didn't. I'm nice like that.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the agreement and hit "accept"...people trade privacy for convenience all the time.
My BIL has an accident reconstruction company and the amount of information he can pull from a modern vehicle is astounding. If you have voice activation anything inside your vehicle then it listens to every work spoken...because it has to listen to every word waiting to hear your commands.
There were a couple of Dateline episodes not to far back that highlighted this. A guy called 911 and said that he had a bad accident and that while he was badly injured his wife had died as a result. Unbeknownst to him his Jeep had a black box and recorded everything. The prosecution showed that the vehicle hit a tree at a slow rate of speed and that the guys wife was already dead when she was put in the Jeep. I don't think he realized that.

Sounds like an episode of that Tv detective , LAPD, Det, Lt. Colombo....

AI Chris Hansen. “Take a seat right over here” (on your own chair at home)

“So tell me why you’ve been driving to that back alley at 2am.”

Got into an accident? not your fault but you were 5 mph over the limit?
Opposing insurance company can and will, buy this info from your car company to use against you in court.

Perhaps soon to come: Taxing your miles driven, or Tickets in the mail for speeding with your car and phone telling on you.

This is one of the many reasons, why I had the telematics antenna pysically hard disconnected, at a friendly dealer.
My vehicle is now incapable of sending my data to big brother.

Exception: when its in for maintenance at a North american dealer they routinely pull the data off the BCM as well.
Zeroing out the BCM means you have to disconnect the capacitor that is in it and then let it sit at least 3 days to ensure data loss.

Another way to avoid this, BCM data dump, is to avoid the dealerships of one's own brand.

PS: Never ever, plug your phone into your (newer) car via USB to charge it directly.
Yes, that means a hard No to apple carplay or any similar function.
never ever connect your phone to the cr for hands free. the car will download your search history, where your phone has tracked your whereabouts, and nowadays its real easy to do an AI search if you've run afoul of any politcally incorrect norms.

The car also downloads your address list and who you texted with, your smartfone search history (whithin data limits) and stores it in the BCM (body control module).
Use one of the old school cigarette lighter to USB converters, to charge your phone to prevent connectivity.
The assumption is you are benefiting others from your own surveillance and not the other way around. Human is the problem and your surveillance may protect you, and your opponent's surveillance may protect you as well.

What you don't want though, is if you have no evidence and they do, and they withheld what is not good for them. Your word against their dash cam is not a situation you want to be in. I personally would prefer my dash cam against their dash cam, or my AI against their AI.

My biggest beef in AI is they don't know when should they tell lies and when should they say the truth like a good human butler.

If my vehicle or the "smart tv" ever hears me and my buddies talking , NSA would likely show up and haul us off in chains even though it just some grumpy old men talking about all the ills of the planet.
And the flip side is.
With AI all it needs is to hear a few of your words, then it can FABRICATE any lie or story it is programmed to do "using your voice".
This has now made any form of recording anything, that is, video or voice, basically null and void, in any setting.
Also our signatures are all now totally forged by all these little electronic signature pads that they always want signed.

All this tech is out of control and very dangerous.

So anything you said essentially means nothing as it could be what you did say or what someone has MADE you say by way of AI, on any recording system.
