Fear of what? People can and will use whatever they want. They can use MMO, Kreen, Auto-RX, something else, or just motor oil. It is up to the customer. And the customer will go back to that product they choose if they get results and if they are treated decently by whoever is selling the product. That is called business and free enterprise. That is called customer service.
I get turned off real fast if somebody tries to play games with me or gives me bad service. Unless the customer is a terrified little mouse that is how the customer is supposed to be. The customer can and should and will stick up for himself/herself.

If the customer decides to buy Kreen or MMO, the customer decides to buy MMO or Kreen. So where is the fear? What fear are you talking about?
