This is a superb mustard from Fuller's restaurant in the Old Phoebus district in Hampton, VA. Fuller's restaurant originally served the blue-collar working class during its heyday and was known for its catchy slogan: "Eat dirt cheap at Fuller's". While the 87 year old historical restaurant shuttered in the 1980's, the mustard was so popular that a distributor purchased the recipe from the founder's descendants and it is sold in gourmet specialty markets today.
This Inglehoffer Sweet-Hot mustard has a similar taste profile, but is a bit more piquant than Fuller's.
