I’ve found it really useful for looking around cars. It can see inside things, or behind things, in a way that even a mirror can’t match.

I’m not suggesting that you don’t have some sort of intake valve deposit, what I am suggesting is that you have no way of knowing how much, or if the remedy is working at all.

So, for example, you take a look at your intake valves snap a few pictures. Do your spray, go back and look and notice no difference.

Well, you’ve just thrown away $15 and unfortunately, you need to do something different to re,Dey the deposits. Repeating that process knowing that it’s gonna fail, hasn’t fixed your problem. It was a waste of money.

Alternatively, you could tell that your spray worked, and you needed to spend your $15 at some reasonable interval, and you would know, not assume, that your problem was solved with the spray

In our hypothetical example, you would be able to tell if you needed to take it to a shop for a different chemical treatment, or pay somebody to do the walnut blasting.

But you would know, it wouldn’t be a guess.

They are not crazy expensive, I have one like this, and it’s about $75.

I am not qualified to answer that question.

But I would suggest you you could use it for plumbing purposes, and perhaps a little bit of home inspection.

Go to a Dentist and see all the cool bits and piks and cleaning mechanisms they have. It's a dream selection for a car guy. I think their bonding cement is better than our duct tape or JB Weld.

When I had braces one of the rubber bands popped off. We put it back with some needle nose vise grips lol

So I decided to order the HPL premium oil in 0w-40 for my Hyundai turbo. Will probably stick with a Fram Ultra filter.

This will be 3 firsts for me:
1. First 0w oil
2. First 40 weight oil
3. First Boutique/Premium oil

The manufacturer recommends 5w-30 but also says 5W-40 can be used.

While I understand that the Fram Ultra is supposed to be a good filter, just knowing that Fram foists crap on unsuspecting novices with the regular filters is why I wont buy any Fram products. I usually use Amsoil filters but I would also use Wix or other reputable brands.

I guess I don’t understand why HPL makes regular, premium and premium plus. Seems to me that if you are willing to pay $12 a quart, might as well pay $16 for the top of the line.

HPL! I recently acquired the 5w20 no vii euro from a friend that sold his VW and I currently have their 0w20 PPCEO in my Maverick hybrid. I have another few thousand miles to go on my RE Shotgun 650 before I dump the Castrol Power 1 4T 10w50 and put in the HPL MATV 15w50.
