Yeah, it's designed to fit in the v22The SPEC that caught my eye was the width at 60".
This thing is skinny!

Best in the worldSo they left part of the gun turret installed. Part of it is this shock. 1 nice shock, king is good stuff, correct?

I’ve had them on my truck for over 100k miles. Salt will not be kind but miles and rough roads are fine. Every single part is replaceable and a basic rebuild is easy and about $40 if you do it yourself.King shocks are generally for race trucks. They don't stand up to daily driving. No idea how long it would last on a gun turret.
I'm not sure about their reasoning. I might be wrong about the upgrade, all the stuff is still in a box and I have not sorted through it yet. I saw a panel filter and assumedWhy change to a paper air filter? A K+N with a "wrap" such as a PreCharger is pretty good. Free flowing and will work forever.
Having been a Ford guy my whole life I know nothing about GM transmissions. Is it a good unit?4L70 in that? I would have guessed 4L80 instead. Or, with 132hp, a 3L80 might have been a better choice (do you really need OD at that point, this thing cuts through the air like a barn door I bet).
Anything I can do to keep it healthy? I'm already planning a fluid and filter change. The only computer on this whole vehicle is for the trans, It's a custom unit but I know there have been growler users who have replaced faulty ones with off the shelf ecu's.I don't want to say awful but it's a 4L60 derivative. OD is a bit weak (or at least when shifting out of while under power). Not sure how the overall gearing is on it, how much OD is used. It's just not a TH400 nor C6 sort of trans.

I don't know if I would use it as a dailyI think I'm falling in love... Before your original post I didn't even know these things existed, and now I just want one as a daily. Hopefully it's just a fad for me... Because if not - I better start thinking of ways to explain such purchase to my other half... Tough one.
Terms like "loud, slow, and underpowered" are perfect descriptions for 3/4 of my fleet, so won't be anything newI don't know if I would use it as a daily
It's loud and has the turning radius of a battle ship. Also slightly under powered, but it will do 65 comfortable (reasonably)
If you do search one of these down I would opt for the M1161. The M1163 is just to short. I just meet a guy local to me that has 2 M1163's and he was not happy with the short wheelbase. These things are very narrow and combined with the short wheelbase of the M1163 makes for a not very useful vehicle. The shorter one was designed to pull a trailer 100% of the time I think.Terms like "loud, slow, and underpowered" are perfect descriptions for 3/4 of my fleet, so won't be anything new![]()
