This report is for my 04 Honda Civic EX. Long story kinda short, I purchased the vehicle a few years ago as a commuter with ~180k miles. Engine blew basically right on the 200k mile mark. I found a JDM motor that was very clean looking, advertised as under 55k miles on it, & had it & a rebuild manual transmission installed by a family friend for a good deal. 1st oci was super tech 10w30 for a week/~300 miles just to clean it out. I don't know how long the motor had been sitting on a pallet. Next oci was M1 Supercar 0w40 I got on sale for ~ 5k miles. Then ran M1 FS Euro 5w40 for almost 5k miles up to the 210k mile mark & oil maintenance minder.
That's when this oci came to play. HPL PCMO 5w40 @ 210k miles/10k miles on new engine. Changed the filter after 5k miles, no top off during the entire oci, then dumped it @ 219393k miles. I only dumped it a little shy from the 10k mile mark, because we had a break in the weather, & I don't have a garage. I put in HPL 0w30 Supercar & a Pentius UFXL filter, & plan on running both, no filter change, for another 10k miles. The Pentius I changed out previously could easily have gone the full 10k.
The motor is very clean without any varnish. I may even just change the filter on my current oil around the 10k mile mark, send in another sample for analysis, & wait for the report before condemning it.
Anyway, here's the report. Looks good. Also attached a pic of the specs of the oil used outlined in red from HPL's website for reference.

I'm confused a bit regarding the engine history ...
So the old one went out at 200k miles. It was replaced with a used engine (55k miles on it). Then you ran a few varying OCIs. I am interpreting the info right in that this used engine (you described as "new" but maybe meant it as the "newer" engine) has about 75k miles on it now? And the last 10k miles were the HPL oil?

Correct. The odometer reads just over 220k miles now. I don't know exactly how many miles are on the "new to me" used JDM motor. They figured under 55k because of Japan's laws making it very expensive to keep anything that goes over that mark. So the motor got replaced at 200k on odometer. Ran a few oci's to see how things would go before switching to HPL. 1st HPL oci/this uoa report ran from 210k on odometer to 219393k. So I can only assume there's around 75k on the JDM engine.

I just noticed that the thread title for this thread is different than when I created it. This one actually says more. Lol. My original title was just HPL PCMO 5w40 UOA. I got a notification for this thread & it didn't register right away in my head that the title was edited. Confused me for a minute 🤣

Great results. Lost a bit of KV100 but still (barely) in grade— fantastic for a 10k miles ODI.
I'm curious to see if the HPL 0w30 Supercar I switched to has a considerable drop in KV100 after 10k miles.

Did it consume any oil? Did u add any make up oil?
No oil added during the entire oci. Filter change @ 5k miles brought level down to half on the dipstick. It only dropped a little under half by the time I dumped it. So very little was consumed.

Nice. If u added oil it would changed ur uoa slightly.

Awesome report!
How did that word ' Kirkland' get in your Signature....lol
Not sure that I follow... Are you serious, or making a remark about kirkland signature? I only ask because my title for this thread was edited by a mod, & didn't know until I saw the change, but don't think they would mess with my signature. I only come here on my phone, & my signature looks to be accurate for oil & filters used in both vehicles. Maybe there's more to it that I'm not seeing on the mobile version? If it was just a sarcastic remark, I've always questioned mockery. Never found the need for it.

What is the “WC Method” for fuel dilution measurement? Is it GC? Different standard? How equiv to the Oil Analysers method? ( hopefully not similar to the BS method)

I'm not sure. This motor is not GDI, & wasn't expecting it to be high to begin with. I ordered the analysis kit from HPL, & WC is who they use. This is my 1st UOA ever, & only decided to have one done since the vehicle needed another motor; hoping it would give me an idea of the health of the engine I had put in.
