"Howl" from Fuel Pump

Just Started
I dont knwo if im low on gas or not.. I shouldnt be i added a LOT... recently (10 gallons) and only drove enough to burn off "2'
And it Hesitates REAL BAD at 20MPH SOMETIMES< didnt after i ADDED gas, then did again 5 minutes later...

What is this? And is this Normal? Im about to put ALL my $$ into the Gas i dont know whats going on....

I DOD start the car rapidly like 4 or 5 times (Drive 010 minutes, sit for 5, Start.. Drive for 1 minute, sit for 5,, Start, drive, let run while i added half gallon gas, drive.. etc.)

Your Thoughts?

Car just Scared me to DEATH!!! I tried to turn it over and i wouldnt start. Seems a Blue/Red wire SLIPPED OFF.. I "Reconnected" it (Wrapped Thread around Pump) as best i could.. Starts now.

MAYBE my Noise was "Low Fuel Pump Power." - ???

Ill TRY to listen for it again.. and i think im right, there IS at least 3/4 a tank in there, or 2/3......

+1. Id also try to add some lubricity to the fuel. FP60, Lucas, MMO Ive all experienced to quiet an old, loud pump. 2-stroke TCW3 should also do the same.
