There is a small taco place working out of a gas station I go to sometimes. With a taco they give you some cold cucumber and radish slices and if you're lucky, a cooked green onion. How is it prepared? Grilled, steamed, broiled? It's sweet and mild, nothing like what they are raw. And they have a big round end. Where do you find those?

Most Asian and Mexican markets sell these bulbous green onions, one of my favorites.

A whole one can be steamed, but really any way you want to do it, except grilled wouldn't work out well because the bulb takes much longer than the leaves, unless you cover them with foil/etc for some of the time or set them on the grill positioned away from the heat.

Why not just ask them?

Cebollitas Asadas are grilled. We make them very simply usually with just a squeeze of lemon or lime and a little salt. Google it for other options.

Wouldn't your pressure sensor be in the system AFTER the filter? If so... The filter should have no say in your operating pressure down stream in the system.
