How often do you wash?

At least once every two weeks, depending on the weather forecast. Nothing irks me more than washing the car and then having it rain the next morning.

Maybe once every couple of weeks and one car has not had one in a few years. Never driven in bad weather and wiped down with Zaino spray after every drive so it stays clean.

If I washed my car every time it rained here in Oregon I would be outside ALL the time. Not to mention my wife would divorce me.

I wash mine every two-three weeks. Even less when it rains.

My car gets washed maybe once every 5-6 weeks if I'm lucky.
My Wife's ride gets washed(by ME, mind you!) about every 2 weeks or there's heck to pay.

btw - Did I mention how often she complains about how dirty my car is?

when it rains.

by the rain.....

every so often I run it thru a deep puddle to scrub the undercarriage.

I shoot for once a week during the warmer months. It doesn't always happen though. When it becomes too cold to do it myself, I take it to the car wash as it needs it, typically each time the roads dry out after a storm. It's next to impossible to keep a clean car during the winter around here, though.

Also, I still need to wash the minivan after my UP trip last week. For those not familiar with Michigan's Upper Peninsula, it's absolute bug paradise up there. The front end looks HORRIBLE right now.

Provided I can keep 'em out of the rain, the California dusters & Meguires Quick Detailer keep them clean & shiny for better than a month.
Each ride gets (3) coats of Meguires NXT each year.

I agree with those that said it is relaxing. I enjoy my time washing and waxing. Most say I am sick, but I look forward to cleaning my Rodeo.

I don't do it as much as I'd like, only because I have no way of doing it at my place. Average about every other week.

In the summer I wash my car every week. When winter comes,I give up until the spring...it's a losing battle. There is so much residual salt left on the roads in the winter after a storm or from the city salt trucks that I honestly do not think it makes a difference to the longevity of your car.

I try to wash my vehicles at least once a week. Often times it's 2 weeks or more though depending on the weather, how much time I have, and how lazy I am.

I wash my car at least once a week during the non-winter months and wax 1-2 times a month. During winter I may wash up to 3-4 times a week to get all the salt and swill off my car. No rust that way

Not enough. Just too many other things to do. But when I do it, I wax so that hopefully I'm better protected for another long interval.

my garage queen gets dusted every once in a while, and i was her before i put her away...

the galant gets washed about once every week or two, and also every time i go out for an event- even if it was just washed the day before. This week we're having our last big event of the year, so the entire car is getting a going over from top to bottom.
