I use the $20 a month "slap and scratch" for my Mazda.
They have microfiber towels, good vacuums, floor mat washing machine, glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner. If they had a shaded hand wax station, it would be perfect
I worked at an automated car wash when I was 15. They only checked to see if I had a valid license - they didn't care if it was limited to a motorcycle 125cc or less. I was happy to get to drive various cars, Cadillacs, Lincolns, Mercedes....about 50 feet from vacuum to the line or from line dry to finish. Decent tips. Surprised that I can still line dry as fast as I used to. Probably couldn't do it for 12 hours in the summer heat like when I was 15.
The slap and scratch detergent does wipe out waxes like Meguiar's Gold Class and Chemical Guys Butter Wet wax pretty quickly. Gotta have a good sealant.
I only hand wash my Triumph. It would probably anhialate the top anyway. Swirl City on the acrylic lacquer.
