after buying the wife a new car ive took her old one and started driving it to work to save some miles on my truck.just wanted to ask if every 4-5days is often enough to drive truck to keep everything good.

Definitely yes, driving your truck every 4-5 days is good.
A lot of times my p/u stays parked for over a week before I drive it. I would run it at least once every 2 weeks if possible to keep the battery charged.
Try to get it out and open it up on the highway at least once a month, to burn off any moisture that may have accumulated. At least get it up to operating temperature via driving, NOT idling, every week or two.
itll get drove atleast once a week 20miles 1 way to work all highway.
More than fine.
another question.im thinking 100 miles a week max.is a 5k once a year oil change fine using a good dino.
