$2.03 regular as the cheapest. Most other places are at about $2.13. Of course there is place right across from cheapest that is $2.05.

Not sure I understand why one would pay more for gas.

Ahhhh, yes, when it falls, the price is not reflected at the pump quickly. I wonder if sometimes.. at all.
