I dont know if there was one for oil filters.

I've seen people post up they have 2-3 years worth of oil stashed up in the basement and etc. But what about oil filters... Right now i have 4 filters on hand and about 25 quarts of oil

I have 3 cars in my fleet at home that runs of L14610/2 and a camry... been trying to figure out if i should stock up on filters or not. Cheapest i found for pureone are on amazon 2 shipped for $12.

I'm doing 3750 miles OCI i've been thinking i any filter should so. So i might just pick up 2-3 oil change deals from local stores now rather then stock up on pureones and etc. My current combo is $13.50 for GTX and $6 for pureones= $18.50 or most local deals at advance or pepboys run about $12.99-16.99. Equal price price pretty much but local deals have a chance of saving me a few bucks.

Two Wix filters for the Ninja. One Mopar filter for the Durango. One Fram HP1 that I was going to put on the truck I traded in, and now have no idea what to do with. Won't fit on the Durango b/c it touches the transmission cooler line. Total of four filters. (Whoops, six, cause I have two Kohler filters for my mower)

Six.
2 P1's PL14610
1 Classic L14459
3 AAP Total Grips----2 #3614, 1 #7317

Just took one of the P1 PL14610 out of the stash today for installation on a 3.0L Accord. Easy hand tight installation and no mythical fairy dust.

Currently I have five cars in the stable. Three of them take the same filter. The other two take their own, individual filter. So I have about a dozen filters if I recall correctly.

7-10 for each car I have or service.

Just ordered 20 filters for my Sisters 2007 Caravan/Mom's 2002 Silverado from RockAuto.

2 for the Hyundai.
3 or 4 for the Ranger, I don't remember for sure, but no more than 4.
8 for the Cobalt
Probably 15 for the Dakota

And I still have about a dozen for the Malibu I no longer own. The only saving-grace there is that most of them are Purolators that I got either for free for for $.01 after rebate from Pep Boys.

You could probably take those Malibu filters back and exchange them for something you have. Probably not all at once. However, if you take a handful back and tell them you sold this car and would like to exchange them for filters that fit your Ranger, or Hyundai or other they would probably let you.

I've done this without any drama. Just don't try to exchange the whole dozen at once.

13 misc. filters for my Subaru. 15 for my wife's Toyota.

I think I'm good for a while.

About half a dozen in the 3/4-16 flavor. Probably 30 in 1-12 hydraulic thread. Perhaps a dozen in 1 1/2-16 hydraulic.

and a few oddball canisters/cartridge type.

2 Pureones for my grand prix
2 fram extended guards for my grand prix
1 fram extended guard for my fairmont
1 motorcraft for my fairmont
and 6 WIXs for my grand prix (which im currently trying to sell)

so 12

I think I have around a dozen of all types.
These will be sufficient for another year for all cars, at least.

I have nine (9) PureONE filters for my car that I bought with the coupon code from AAP for $3.99 each.

And 1 gallon Delvac 1300S, 4 gallons Rotella T 15w-40, 2 gallons Rotella T6 5w-40, two quarts of Rotella T 15w-40.

So 7.5 gallons of oil.

3 Wix sourced ACDelco PF52s
3 Purolator classic FL400 equivalents
2 Motorcraft FL400S (Old style)
1 Purolator PureOne FL820S equivalent
1 Amsoil EaO11 (FL820S)
