I have a small lawn at the beach house. It has 6 Rainbird lawn sprinkler heads. I'm trying to estimate how many gallons of water it uses running about 13 minutes every other morning....M,W,F, Sun.
2 of the 4 heads have a full 360 degree pattern . The other 4 180.
Anyone have any idea about how much water is best used each watering session of 13 minutes??

This is the setup.

Thanks for this!! So I just did some simple math not knowing the psi
but estimating 2.5 gpm per head x 13 and it does make sense.
The borough water/sewer department made an app available that shows daily usage. I got the app this past winter because we had single digit temps for 8-10,nights running and I was concerned about plumbing in the crawlspace. But it's the first time I actually saw real water usage other than the quarterly water/sewer bill.
So....6x2.5x13 comes very close to the 200-210 gallons per lawn watering.

I water two times a week, 1/2 inch each time = one inch a week. I have most my life, our last house before this one purchased new and lived in for 16 years I installed the inground system myself.

Now a new house 3 years ago the builder installed.

I always used this one criteria of one inch per week, two times 1/2 inch. Friday and Tuesday. Looks like you are doing well with what you are doing too. Both our homes, neighbors always complimented us, even contractors sometimes would knock on the door and ask (not kidding) of course there was most to it than water.

We are in what is called an "extreme drought"
I just took this photo, we had ironically a cool spell for a couple weeks but still no rain. This week is heat. This is centipede grass which is a much lighter color green, supplied by the builder and its used extensively here. People think is low maintenance, I disagree, I put down lawn food every 5 or so weeks. Still a tiny amount of stray winter while rye (weed) dying off.
BTW- love your landscaping, very nicely done.

Looks healthy!
I stopped using the seasonal fertilizers...I never understood the numbers. Switched to Milorganite about 4 years ago. Impossible to screw up and the lawn looks pretty good and always comes back great in fall.
I just never realized how much water actually gets used for 10-15 minutes of sprinkler system run time. I might cut back the number of days from 4 to 2-3.

I’m very familiar with that fertilizer. Natural and you can’t burn your lawn with it plus it’s slowly organically breaks down into usable nitrogen with the benefit of phosphate missing in many of today’s fertilizers due to some state regulations

It really depends on the specific model and nozzle size of your Rainbird heads. Usually, a 360-degree rotor uses around 2 to 3 GPM, while 180-degree heads might use 1 to 2 GPM. You can check the nozzle number on the top of the heads and look up Rainbird's flow charts online to get an exact estimate for your 13-minute run time.
