I havent gotten a scam call in awhile, but there are reasons for this.

They don’t stay long and he’s not going to do it if he needs the phone. He’s retired anyway …

If they get money, they are attracted... hey, maybe even turn into one of those couples that go from store to store, looking for the best one to fall in.
