I know the following has nothing to do with Castrol. However it still applies to my thinking.
Certain turbine engine oils are troublesome in certain engines. Those troublesome ones meet the very same specs as the good ones. And those troublesome oils are the approved spec by the engine manufacturer.
The use of BP2380 seems to be the all around best bet.
