Honda X- reference

Hope someone in the forum can help with this. I need a x-reference for a Honda oil filter. Its a blue filter, says made in Japan, Toyo Roki, and the numbers 3T31. Oh its off of a Honda outboard motor and i would like to find the Wix equ. Anyone heard of this filter before?

I tried all the X-ref places I have ...I couldn't find one. If you knew the thread and measure the gasket someone might know what else will work.
