Here's the results on my 6-speed manual (Acura RSX-S). I decided to switch over to redline MTL (synthetic). I will post those results in another 20-30000 miles...

I'm thinking it looks pretty good considering this was the factory fill. But it did only have 10k miles on it...

Looks fine to me. I plan on using the MTL on my Miata at the next change. I have MT90 in it now. Post your results so we can see how these fluids hold up.

I haven't analized this fluid before, nor do I have a copy of new oil analysis to reference (ie: is silicon dirt, anti-foam, or sealant), but it APPEARS to be heavily contaminated by dirt, with higher iron, lead, and copper wear than I would normally see in a normal transmission analisis. I have dozens of analysis of normal transmission fluids.

Wow, havnt been here in a while - and just saw this last post...

To clear up any confusion - this was the honda "factory fill" that was in the car as I bought it off the showroom floor. I'd expect the wear-metals to be a bit high due to break-in.

I'm still running the Redline MTL - Wont need to change it for a while yet...
