Still researching oils.

I have a 4cyl Honda CR-V '04.

I can't seem to find old posts that mention the appropriate additives for Honda's engines. I think copper is a concern, but don't know if that matters in choosing an oil.

I think I recall that Pennzoil's oils had appropriate formulations (high moly?), but I'd like to restart a thread on this subject.

What oils fullfill the particular needs of honda engines? I am looking for a good synthetic, and as I have mentioned, I live in a very warm climate.

In my Honda, I like using M1, which averages about 70 ppm moly, and spike it with additional moly (my last UOA had 501 ppm Mo). I also recall seeing excellent Honda used oil analysis from oils that didn't have particularly high amounts of moly so moly isn't necessarily the "be all and end all" of additives. If you want an excellent synthetic with lots of moly, may I suggest RedLine.
