Homemade Cargo Blocks ...

The plastic was from the packaging of a small window A/C . The velcro was from Walmart for under $4 . Larger blocks can be purchased online from KIA / HYUNDAI parts sites at $40 for 4 . I place the item against the back of the rear seat(s) in the cargo area of the KIA Soul since there's only 2 . Did this with a 15+ year old dvd /cd changer in need of repair in a nearby city . It held in place . Have to get another A/C to have 4 blocks .

Very nice. We have some right angle pieces that have Velcro that come in handy to keep stuff from sliding around.

It’s just like the SpongeBob episode where they buy the TV for the box! Haha. More seriously though, it’s fun using packaging/spare parts/etc for something else. Feels like you’re getting away with something.
