Holloway suspect sought in Peru killing

He was also accused of trafficking Thai women when he was in Thailand a few years ago.

I hope the Peruvians take care of him.

One potential problem is that Peru and Chile don't have very good relations. If he is found in Chile, I hope they overlook their difficulties and send him back to Peru.

He's got to have some real mental/character/personality defect. Getting away with murder once would normally send someone into a very cautious mode from there forward. For him it appears that he didn't skip a beat.

I wonder what his escapades were when younger. You don't just arrive in this condition. It had to have been festering and cultivating for a long time.

I agree with all above posts. I totally missed the news about his father being deceased. I have a bad feeling about this one though, as I would like to see him finally brought to justice, but I fear he will off himself and never be heard from again.

What a fool. Not like he could skip away to blend in with the locals. Anyone think "OJ" when they saw this news?

I forgot he confessed on tape in a reporters car. He was smiling during it as well, I just watched it on Nightline, but had seen it before. Did not know the Dad died? From what I remember the Dad seemed kind of weird as well.

Rich coddled kid with lots of family dysfunction? Must have been a trail going back to childhood like Gary mentions.

This guy is the next Ted Bundy or BTK serial killer.

He killed this poor woman to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of killing Natalie Holloway. His dad can't rescue him now and he will eventually be caught.

They just caught him in Chile

I don't think his family influence is going to help him in Peru.

You're right. First, he was grossly coddled as a child. His parents, in a misguided effort to please him, probably met every demand or whim he expressed. He evolved into a horribly self-centered spoiled child who expected others to instantly cater to his every desire. Then he became an arrogant young adult who believes his urges must be met by others with no resistance. Becoming a willing abuser or even killer of those who don't care to do exactly what he wants is just the next natural step. His parents did a fine job of cultivating a psychopathic/sociopathic killer. of course, to be perfectly clear, all of this is just my opinion, not an assertion of fact...

Yeah, I suspect he'll enjoy a nice long stay in a Peruvian prison. The resident long-timers will know what to do with him. No rich judge daddy (who's recently dead anyway) can block for him now.

He looks just like a Jirk I worked with several years ago. He was also a psychopath and wanted me and some other employees to kill the supervisor so he could get his job.

He came across as a complete pathological sociopath whenever he was interviewed - almost challenging people to get him.

Yea, I'm sure a few folks in a Peruvian prison will love to get a hold of him!

And in case it seems like we're piling on, just stop and consider for a moment what it sort of soul it takes to kill another person, most probably when that other person didn't feel like providing the desired "physical gratification". My OPINION is that is he is a totally unsalvageable monster.
