Weather conditions, the proportions of the elements used, and the initial radiation dose are all in different proportions, so it cannot be really compared.

The Fat Man's casualties were for the most part from blast and the intitial flash that caused burns via actual heating. There were lots of radiation casualties, but most of these were from the initial neutron surge, from what I have read.

A reactor's main hazard to the public will be in the form of particulates that are radioactive.
