High Performance Lubricants No VII series engine oils.

The 5W-20 has a KV100 of 8.70 cSt and HTHS of 3.267 cP. That oil is a beast.

The 5W-30 has a KV100 of 11.09 cSt and HTHS of 3.566 cP. Also a beast of an oil.

Impressive.
It is crazy. It should remain 8.70 till the time I am done with the oil. What an amazing oil, no shearing!

Do you live where it regularly drops below -30*C? If not, you didn’t need a 0w oil anyways. Don’t let marketing propaganda cloud your mind when stellar, perfectly usable options are available. 5wXX will service about 98% of CONUS year-round.
I live in Seattle and this winter temp dropped below freezing for only a week or less.

I see, so this is what you were talking about, no VII oils @JAG
Going to their website to see if I find a 0W-20

A 0W-20 isn't quite achievable without VII. As stated already, unless you live somewhere that sees -20°F temps or lower, the no VII 5W-20 will be fine. If you regularly see subzero (°F) temperatures, you really should have a block heater anyway.

EDIT: Just saw that you're in Seattle. You don't need a 0W-20. OEMs recommend 0W-20 these days for CAFE, with the lower winter rating providing the gas mileage improvement of a rat's fart, but you don't have to use that. A 5W-20, 10W-20, 5W-30, or 10W-30 will be fine. I personally recommend the 10W-20. I've been running it in my wife's Mustang at 15k mile intervals and no shear whatsoever.

It’s worked wonderfully in my tuned & minor mods 3.5L EcoBoost making 22psi & around 500rwhp on E30! There have been many cars who’ve been shocked by it… IYKYK 😜
It's on deck after I finish my VRP regiment for my TSX. I'll post daily quite exercised if it can handle the rigors of 201hp at the crank going 57mph on a 2 lane country road for my commute. Only bi-weekly UOA (from different labs, of course) will calm me.

Don’t forget BiTOG15 at checkout on HPL’s site for 15% off!
Yes I already saw it here and used it, it almost paid for the shipping 🤩 But I bought the Super Car

LOL that make it cheaper than my price point of $24 for 5 quarts and free shipping?
But it is a special oil, it doesn't shear. Can your $24 oil do that? Engines chew other oils almost out of grade. They can't do that to HPL Super Car and no VII. Premium oils come at premium price 🤷‍♂️
