I owned a 1994 Accord LX and loved it. Wish I never got rid of it either. Mine had 184K. At 200K, you still have a good car. Verify it has been taken care of the best you can and make sure the timing belt and water pump have been changed at some point during its lifetime.

The great thing is you can do most of the maintenance on your own. Not to mention there is a great deal of aftermarket parts you can buy.

As for oil, just stick with dino. Penn YB is a good choice, as others have recommended. Pure One would be my choice for the filter.
 
Keep an eye on the oil level. Some use next to no oil, and some gulp it like water.

That's what I've seen working at WM, and with friends cars....bit of a gamble!
 
Check your PCV. Mine had been sludge and gunk'ed over which I believe caused the nasty rear main seal leak I'm still struggling with on my Honda.
