Same goes for night driving. Can drive without, but eyes get strained and the area between my eyes up to my forehead usually starts getting tense.

That is what I have according to the eye doctor. I never wear glasses, because my eyesight far and near is great, but apparently I do have a slight one. i wonder if I should try a crutch of a very weak prescription just to see if it helps. I know it hurts my eyes when i try the reading glasses at a drugstore.

I do not drink any caffeine other than an extremely rare coffe, tea or coke.

Thanks!

I always kept a headache, and even worse if I didn't wear my sunglasses while outside. Then I went on a diet....

I drink a lot of water now, and I also use Smoothie King Gladiator meal replacement mix. I blend two scoops daily with ice, bananas, and 8 oz. of skim milk. I get all my vitamins and 45 grams of protein every morning. No more caffeine! I've lost weight, and lost another aspect of my life I didn't want.....HEADACHES! Bad food is a drug, and you will experience withdrawals for a couple of weeks.

I never get headaches anymore. I've concluded that eating right, getting proper vitamins and nutrition, and hydrating was my problem. I've lost 15 lbs. in 2 months and feel 10 years younger (I'm 34). No more cokes and junk food for me!

One way you can tell if your astigmatism is bad is when you drive at night, see if lights are blurry and kind of have a halo around them.

I drink lots of coffee and sometimes actually get headaches from not getting my daily dose. Lack of sleep does it too.

I'm on Paxil, Inderal-LA, and Neurontin to try and keep my Migraines under control. They have lessened the severity and the frequency but they aren't gone and I hate that I can have one at anytime, especially because I work on the road and can have one with little warning while driving. Sometimes I'm far from home and have to call someone to come get me because I'm out of it. Not fun...

Going to talk to my Neurologist about Midrin instead of Inderal

i had a phase of severe throbbing headaches that would make my eyes shut every time it throbbed .

lasted for a few months.

one day driving in the car i was at breaking point needing to pull over and my wife massaged my neck, INSTANT relief.

the doctor says that my neck muscles are so strong when they contract and hold (stress, posture, etc) they cause headaches. these are headaches i've been thnking are related to sinus. had been thinking that for years. but now if i get them, i massage my neck and they get slightly better.

man it was pretty bad at one stage. especially because work was tough so ithought i was breaking down.
