I think Iam going to take the plunge and go full synthetic and run 6 month/6000 mile oil changes, that is the limit, because that is what the warranty dictates. I have a friend that can get me Havoline 10w30 full synthetic for costs or alot of time free, This is the new Havoline Deposit shield, does it run on the thinner side as does its conventional cousin. I have alot of the old blue synthetic in 5w20 to use up, too. This in the Hemi, which although non MDS, is speced for 5w20. Anyone have the new Havoline Syn. specs? Thanks.

My understanding is the havoline is on the thin side, almost a thick 20 weight. I would like to try it as well
