Ham - Hot or Cold?

My wife made some ham salad yesterday. Holy Smokes. WOW forgot how good that can be.

I eat that #$@! on everything!!!!
Coincidentally, I've got a ham defrosting in the fridge... inquiring minds want to know

Edit: found this recipe to try. Gotta admit that the end product is not at 100%, visually.

Simple really. Look up a recipe from the 1950's - current.

My mom used to grind the ham in a meat/sausage grinder
Wife minced it by hand (progress) - could have used food processor, Kitchen Aide blender with attachment or our sausage/meat grinder!

Mix with mayo, chopped, pickles, chopped onion, herbs and spices to taste, etc. It varies by heritage and history and mainly taste!

Ham salad!!
