I'm pretty convinced that conventional treatments have no real benefit.
Ive not seen any useful info on that website.
LOL. You're one of those people who discounts scientific facts that are presented quite clearly?
For the OP, here is a fact that is very relevant about this approach:
Cardiac events: The 17 patients in the study had 49 cardiac events in the years leading up to the study, and had undergone aggressive treatment procedures. Several had multiple bypass operations. After beginning the eating plan, there were no more cardiac events in the group within a 12-year period.
There are plenty of other useful facts on that webpage. This is an area where what has become conventional wisdom has also become big business with lots of vested interests.
Here on BITOG we talk about the myth of 3000 mile oil changes. With heart disease, there is a similar status quo going on. Doctors and drug companies make a lot of money from the average American's diet. For different reasons, neither side wants to change. Same with oil changes. The consumer does not want to change, and the oil companies and mechanics don't discourage that.
Successful people think differently to the masses. Look at the housing bubble that was created. The masses need to follow blindly to create a bubble. The successful people still made money from the housing crisis. For example, all those people who were selling tips on how to make money from housing during the bubble are no longer doing so. They are all out there making money from the depressed prices.
Wow, nice rant!
I do think and analyze differently from the masses. But when I go to a "scientific" website, and the abstract says that without any detail on "the plan". Why should I dig around for a long time without any real insight coming to me at a glance?
Sounds like they are trying to reel me in for the sale, just like anything else.
The thing I will say is that this thread is about Nick and his grandfather, not your agenda or website, right or wrong.
