I put a 5th wheel hitch in it today. A Demco Hijacker in the factory prep kit. Let me tell you that sucker is heavy, I am going to have a sore back for sure.
I am also going to put the Amp retractable running boards. I got so used to these on my F150 that I don't think I can live without them
. Finally a 50 gallon Titan tank to replace the measly fuel tank Ford provides with this truck. Other than that it will remain pretty much stock.

I would love to drive that Ford..... The real question is what lubes you are going to run and for how long?
Also how are the 6.7 litre engines....? Seems like Ford has changed the diesel engine line up on the Ford trucks a lot since the Powerstroke.

I like trucks but they are too expensive for me to own one (tires, diesel, insurance, etc.. ).

I'm sorry, you have my condolences. You are now the owner of a ticking time bomb with a $11,000+ fuel system design flaw and no warranty. Keep every fuel receipt, video record yourself draining the water separator every 5000 miles and keep what you drain out in a sealed, dated container, change the fuel filter every oil change using ONLY a dealer part, video record that, too, and keep the old filters.
I would not even CONSIDER replacing the fuel tank...it will reduce the already-slim chance Ford will cover a failed HPFP to exactly zero.
