Velocity 22. This thing is amazing. First convertible ladder like this I've gotten, ordered direct off their website. Light weight and easy to move around or carry, and man does it make a nice tall and stable a-frame ladder. Perfect for why I need it.

I have the Werner model. It is a very useful ladder, but it spends a lot of time in the garage. It is just too heavy to move around. It comes out when I paint or paper stairwells. Other than that I use other lighter ladders.

I have a version as well .I like it. I'll bet they are all made in the same factory in China. We are suckers for marketing.

I also have the werner version which weighs in close to 60 lbs. Very stable as a stepladder. Not so much as an extension ladder.

The Little Giant is remarkably agile to move around, surprised me. Weighs in @ 39 lbs. When it's fully compacted you can drag it around on the two built in wheels.

Grab onto the steps from the side when it's in the A frame position and let the top fall forward 90 degrees and carry it that way. Or lay it down on it's side and pick it up that way.

I've got a barely used one for sale. It's the next to tallest one and I have most of the accessories. Leveler, standing platform and adjustable scaffold. I'm just too old to be on a ladder. I'm near Winchester, Va. which is on I-81.

One thing to watch out for is the thing is heavy enough to be dangerous.

If you pull those little U-shaped releases on the side to let the extension come back down, it's heavy enough to where the extension will just drop the minute those releases are pulled. They drop like they're made of lead, if a finger is anywhere in the mechanism or path of travel, it's going to be lost.

Make sure to hold the extension and gently lower it down or get everything out of the way and let it drop.

Never ever ever use one of these!!!!

I had one collapse on me right at the pivot joint.
I fell straight down and 'cushioned' my fall to the concrete with my jaw.
Landed on the garage floor and was nearly out cold.
It sits in the corner and I look at it about once a month and just shudder.

Buyer beware!!!!

I bought mine from a trade show some 23yrs ago. Made in the Utah factory. It's the lighter-weight model with yellow plastic rail caps. Quite a bit lighter than the HD version with orange caps.

I needed a versatle ladder that would fit in my SAAB 900T 4-dr with the trunk shut. It extends to about 25' and I've been at that height many times. Never fallen from it. Mine has no safety nor guards so it'll pinch your fingers if you're not careful. Once I worked out a method for maneuvering it there were no more problems. I also bought the platform to stand flat-footed which is much more comfortable. I like the way the bottom legs flare out for increased stability. It was a great investment as I've never bought another ladder since.

Nice Choice!
