My roommates and I got tired of our [censored] hole of an apartment. Slumlords are no fun, so we got a decent place to live. Rent, even with utilities, is less than the apartment. I can't complain.

My house.

The empty living room...it will have couches tomorrow.

A yard.

Not a big trailer, but it is the first thing my truck has ever towed.

Yeah, I have known these guys quite a while (years), so that's the only way this was going to happen.

And yep, that is Zerex G-05. The garage is mine.

Sweet pad!

Look like the house is on a good size lot, probably 1/4 acres. It is not possible to buy a house in CA near the Pacific coast with that lot size for less than a couple millions bucks.

That back yard looks huge! Beautiful house and from the looks of things, a beautful location too. I hope you have a riding mower for that yard. :)

Yeah, I'm jealous. My back yard is tiny in comparison. I take a coupe of steps and I'm at the fence.

Nice place, man and IMO nothing feels like home unless its a house, the few months I spent living in an apartment, I never really felt like it was more than a cheap hotel. Lack of space, waiting for the elevator, hearing the neighbors slamming doors and walking up and down the hallway talking (And the later at night the louder they were) Not to mention I had to drive to my moms house to do my oil changes.

Ill bet you wont miss any of that stuff, and it sounds like youve got dibs on the garage, how much better can it get lol.

Enjoy your new home

looks nice. we recently moved to another rental which is older, more run down, but so much better laid out, nicer yard, and for a bit cheaper. i also have a detached garage with level concrete floor - so i can check oil perfectly. previously was always on a 5 degree slope at the old place.
enjoy!

Nice house, but about your trailor. I think mine is like yours. My is 5x8 with expanded metal floor. I did raise the sides with square tubing an additional 18 in. Sure improved the trailor.

The apartment was (hopefully) closer to Animal House than the house will ever be!

Looks like a nice place to live. I wouldn't mind mowing that lawn with a good push mower [as long as it had good oil in it, lol].
