What's a good OTC brake fluid...easily available.
I've always used ATE 2K and currently have the blue fluid in stock. However, that's being reserved for a flush this late fall/winter. The current fill in the resorvior is ATE 2K Gold. The container is halfway between max and full since I had to bleed a caliper.
I just want to dump some *amber* brake fluid in there to top it off so that I when I do the *flush*, I can see the difference between the amber brake fluid vs. the dyed blue fluid.
Don't have any parts/stuff to order so I'm just planning to purchase brake fluid locally. I've always used ATE due to the high dry & wet points for a street car, with it's low hydroscopic properties.
