Sure. Another thing is, I have found that the execs work like they do in large part because it's who they are. Sure the $$ is incredible, but these people are driven. They are often not the best family men (and women), but they get things done. Big things. Heck, Shanghai broke ground to production in 10 months. Who does that?I'm sure Musk's paycheck and stock grants hold Zhu leverage as well. Remember Tesla is a civilian car company, not a military one.
Musk brought Zho's manufacturing engineers to Fremont to help with factory efficiency and to build the Highland lines.
