Note that Honda only calls out the HTO-06 specification for one vehicle, the Acura RDX. Considering the dismal sales failure the RDX has been I would be surprised if ANY oil companies bothered paying attention to this one secret test. There is only one vehicle sold in North America which calls out that spec, and said vehicle has only sold a few thousand units. Hardly worth worrying about. I don't put credence behind any specification if the conditions are not publicly called out. AFAIK, Honda has never published exactly what this secret test sequence is.
