I read a book recently about how processed sugar is really bad for you. I decided to try to eliminate sugar as much as possible and see if it really helps. I had been drinking way too much soda pop anyway.
I have tried it for only about a week and a half and I feel incredibly better. Heck, maybe my posts are getting better! I am going to start drinking coffee again which is actually supposed to be good for you (but watch out for sugar in creamers) and I have been drinking green tea with sweeteners from health food stores. I have not had a soda pop in several days. I had some headaches at first but it was not too bad.
You have to really watch what you eat because everything seems to have sugar. Most dry cereals, for example. You have to get away from all of the processed stuff and seek out real food.
