German Castrol 0W-30

Two questions: 1. Is this a full synthetic (PAO) group IV oil? 2. After searching the UOA forum and this one, it appears that at least one person reports to have had a negative experience with this oil. Has there been any other problems with this oil?

Not another GC thread!?!? 1: I think everyone here believes it is group IV. However Im not sure if there's any conrete proof that it is. The UOAs sure look good and its vis stable and hold its TBN well. 2: Search more, there was a rumor that our GC was taken off the shelves from other countries because of sludging issues and dumped on us in N America, but Terry quickly squashed that. Time will tell.
