GC in a 1996 Nissan Quest?

My parents have a 1996 Nissan Quest with 157K on the clock. It has seen RL 10w30 from the 25,000 to the 50,000 mile mark, and used M1 10w30 from 50K on. I was thinking of trying GC in this motor, should I go ahead and return my M1 for GC?

You could certainly do that, but why? What's driving you to switch from your previous, also excellent, motor oils?

I'm not knocking you, I'm just curious. Maybe you're just curious, too, about how well GC will work for you. But, without a compelling reason, why?

Yes it will work great. GC is a thicker 30 weight which Nissan V6s seem to like based on analysis.

I use it in my 2k Maxima and will do an analysis soon.
