Locally here in central Arizona it's leveled off at $3.50/gal for regular at the convenience places, 15-30 cents higher for top tier Shell, Chevron, etc. How is it where you are?

NE Ohio - I can get Shell 87 at $3.08/gal.
Just got diesel for $3.49⁹ in Eastern NC at DG.
Paid $3.34⁹ for premium at BJ's.

Premium (91 octane) is $3.96 at the local Costco in Phoenix.
87 reg is $3.39 to $3.53 in Nashville Illinois, 50 miles east of St. Louis.
cheapest is 4.40 cash for 87...some areas well above 5 in LA.
Regular 87 ranges from 3.03 to 3.13 here.
Prices seem to be leveling off and dropping in this part of the midwest.
I drove down I-35 in Minnesota yesterday and saw $2.89 for regular in Owatonna MN, and $2.99 in some other spots.
Since I was getting low, I paid $3.07 at the Casey's in Minden IA along I-80, but that was a touch high for the area, as a number of stations in Omaha are in the $2.80s and $2.90s (if I could've made it a few dozen more miles I could have paid $2.85 or so), down a dime or two in the past week or two.
We're still well under a dollar cheaper than the peak we've paid here (well over $4 for regular), and prices were in this ballpark in 2018 (the $2.90s), as E365 mentioned. I think the trend is good and downward, but current prices here are not unreasonable and are lower than in recent memory.

It is going to drop next week due to speculations over Omicron variant.
This might not be good long term as blenders might prolong bringing back capacity.

An Irving station I go to in southern NH is $3.29, but Mobil and Shells in the area are higher. The highest I have seen recently for regular is $3.76 off a highway exit.

Purchased gas tonight 87 regular $2.98 BJ’s.
At the Mobil station at my exit off the 101. No, I don't go there.
Filled the Corvette today with premium $3.48 per gallon in SD.
