So even he thinks this is the reason for continually increasing prices. I didn't intend to make this thread about that or want to get in that debate, but the big market players control so much wealth that they can increase the price or create bubbles anywhere they want, housing, farmland and food, precious metals, etc. Actual consumers and producers seem to be merely a side bit part when they should be the main part.
I agree that the amount of virtual money floating around is the real problem. Somehow we need to get the money supply down to a much smaller number that is in line with the physical world. I do like my exponential growth in investments but its not possible for it to go on forever.
