I travel for work, so when I am home I try to cook for my Wife. Went to Costco Thursday and picked up Mother's Day flowers (BTW- COSTCO had great flowers at a very low cost). Friday night rack of lamb, Saturday pork ribs, Sunday today will be rib eye steaks.

This is Friday night's rack of lamb. Very easy to cook. After I slice to individual chops, I momentarily sear each of the chops and then serve. And the racks are sealed so they can last a while in the fridge.

Looks good brotha. You have me looking into grilling a rack of lamb. I usually cut my rack and sear in a cast iron on the cooktop and finish in the oven.

Biscuit, your method is great. I just was keeping things super simple. Washed the rack, dried with paper towels, peppered, a little bit of oil oil, and then coat in Kinder's (sold at Costco).
