Bunch of idiots on this road. No common sense? Can't see the red light for a hill?

Oh yeah, people won't wait for nothing. I was driving home from a job site this evening and someone was on my bumper as usual. I jerk the steering wheel sharply to the left so the person could go on by. Do you think the person was waiting at the red light when I got there? Sure enough as always.Looks like a bunch of morons honestly. Dude was trying to move a ping pong table so others don't run over it and people don't even want to wait.
Is it me or do the traffic lights seem very high up?
Unless it's intended, somehow people are not noticing multiple bright red traffic lights at night?
There's got to be something off with the design or psychology of it all. Maybe this is normal for an intersection if someone is always recording?
Many more videos of the same place on youtube. There are a few nice (lucky) saves in that video!

Very different than people standing in the road. I have likely stopped and saved about 100 turtles over the years. People get really upset. I think many people have limited capacity to think.Oh yeah, people won't wait for nothing. I was driving home from a job site this evening and someone was on my bumper as usual. Nice income stream for just setting up a camera from your home. Unless these are FOIA requests of traffic cam footage or some live stream being recorded. Seems too good of a quality for a traffic cam though. Many more videos of the same place on youtube.
Once in NYC I was honked at for stopping at a red light. Multiple honks for not going from 0-60 .5 seconds after the light turns green. @michaelluscher must have been driving behind me.Almost like Las Vegas where you don't dare stop for a yellow light unless you've cleared your 6 as there will usually be 3 cars in the same lane behind you accelerating to make it through the just turned red.
OK I see, the sound barrier/wall on the right side might play a factor here. Drivers see cross traffic too late. The wall should have ended, IDK, 50- 100 feet before the light for more visibility.
As a Californian I can tell you that Fresno has never been known for being a nice place to live.Good lord that's bad. Is Fresno the California weed capital? why are so many flying higher than 777's
I was once run into at a stop sign by a taxi, whose driver said (and this is a verbatim quote), "I didn't know you were going to stop."Once in NYC I was honked at for stopping at a red light. Multiple honks for not going from 0-60 .5 seconds after the light turns green.
