Fresno,Ca... most chaotic intersection

Is it me or do the traffic lights seem very high up?

Unless it's intended, somehow people are not noticing multiple bright red traffic lights at night?

There's got to be something off with the design or psychology of it all. Maybe this is normal for an intersection if someone is always recording?

Looks like a bunch of morons honestly. Dude was trying to move a ping pong table so others don't run over it and people don't even want to wait.
Oh yeah, people won't wait for nothing. I was driving home from a job site this evening and someone was on my bumper as usual. I jerk the steering wheel sharply to the left so the person could go on by. Do you think the person was waiting at the red light when I got there? Sure enough as always.

Nope, that's not abnormal for an expressway-type road with a 45mph speed limit.

The signal height is determined by guidelines given the speed and distance factors.

The faulty parts are the drivers.

Very different than people standing in the road. I have likely stopped and saved about 100 turtles over the years. People get really upset. I think many people have limited capacity to think.

Having said that I pass people going slow all the time. I am unsure why they get so upset about it. If someone wants to go faster there free to go around me as well, better for everyone.
